Now we all like a little flutter don't we? Well maybe not, but i do. The thrills, the excitement, the knowledge that even though you just lost your last tenner backing a horse (just because it was called 'Big Pat'), that you had fun doing it..................
Well, anyway, on to the point of this review. Bet365 was the first online bookies I ever tried. This was because, after a very short period of searching for the right online bookies for me, Bet365 seemed to have the best registration offer. Most online bookies will give you a free bet or something just for signing up with them. Bet365 offered me a very attractive 25 quid to bet as I pleased! How generous! Unfortunately I'm clearly an absolute idiot, since I didn't have a clue how to sort out this free bet, and just gave up on the idea.

(That's not really a fair criticism, I actually just didn't read the rules properly.)
Free bet aside, registration was great. I didn't even need a credit card like you do with a lot of online bookies, a switch card was good enough for these boys.

So, the site itself...Well it's nice and pretty (and very green for some reason), without too much annoying flashy stuff/pop-ups to confuse you. Navigation is quick and easy. It's a fairly average site to be honest, nothing revolutionary, but nice and professional all the same. It serves its purpose admirably. Could be prettier if it had some eye-catching photos i guess.
There's a good range of sports to bet on, including loads of football, which I guess is the main thing for a lot of people. If you'd like a full list then check out the site, but i does include horseracing, dogs, tennis, american football and so on. Personally I was hoping to rake it in on women's tennis. Unfortunately they've worked out that this is the most predictable sport in the world and limited the selection of bets in this category. Crafty.

There is a selection of 'Top Bets', showing exciting bets with great odds, recommended by Bet365. For some reason I always seem to lose on these. Maybe I should make my own mind up in future...
Adding or withdrawing money from your account is absolutely hassle free, and you get access to the funds immediately. Actually placing a bet is quick and easy, not too confusing for novices, etc. I've never had any trouble with a bet (except for losing them), so no real complaints. There have been some recent additions to the kind of bets you can place, so, for some people it might be worth having another look at this site.

I have registered with other online bookies since joining Bet365, but I always choose Bet365 first. Maybe because it's the best, maybe because I don't like change. Whatever, it works well for me and I'd recommend it to you.
Thanks.
